Large Five Layer Performance Air Filter:
This aFe POWER Pro 5R air filter is a 7Ó tall, pre-oiled, 360-degree radial flow performance air filter with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. It provides your engine with the largest amount of high-flowing air, usually resulting in the highest power gains out of all our filter media options. This media is perfect for street and/or track use.
Mandrel-Bent Tubing:
One Piece 3" Mandrel-Bent Wrinkle-Black Powder-Coated Aluminum Intake Tube directs unrestricted airflow from the massive filter to the turbo for more horsepower and torque.
Top Mounted Heat Shield Design:
aFe developed this sturdy 18 gauge steel wrinkle-black powder-coated heat shield to mount onto the top of the lower half of the factory airbox to provide a hassle-free installation utilizing factory mounting locations.
Premium Hardware:
Premium hardware and clamps are used to securely mount the high flow air filter and the intake tube.
Fitment Note:
This item will only fit models equipped with 45 TFSI engine (228-hp).
