Shipping Policy
Free (best rate) shipping on orders over $200.00 within the Continental United States to the Lower 48 States only.
All goods will be shipped within 72 Hours of Payment clearing our bank
All Orders Must be received before 3pm EST for in Stock Items to be shipped Same Day.
All Custom Orders such as Superchargers, American Racing Headers Etc are Shipped as Fast as our Vendors can produce these products (these are currently running at 12 weeks build time)
All Orders once processed, then have to be manually checked for accuracy before final processing and Shipping
We can Only Ship to Credit Card Billing Addresses Unless we have written authority from the Credit Card Owner to Ship Elsewhere
Any goods being sent out on a customer's shipping account will be charged a $15.95 handling fee.
Customs Fees for International Customers (Outside of US) and Outside of Europe for some products
For most products, you may be charged import duties. We are not responsible for import duties. If you wish to return the package because you do not want to pay the import duties or it is returned to us for any for any other reason that is not a fault of our own, we will not provide a refund. In most cases, we will abandon the product and will NOT provide you with a refund.
You may also be charged import duties for replacements.

Any Goods being sent out of state or overseas will be subject to destinations taxes and duties and are payable by the customer and Not DSP Performance Motorsports. DSP Performance Motorsports Accepts No Responsibility for any charges occurring through the sale of thus products.
Shipping outside of the USA is as per Current Shipping Costs and Multiple Options are Offered depending on size and weight and destination.

Return Policy
All returns must be made within the First 30 days from the original purchase date shown on your Invoice and be in same condition including all original undamaged packaging as was Shipped. Returns must also be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number obtained from DSP Performance Motorsports. This number will be issued when you call us at 407-694-7152 or Email at info@dspperformancemotorsports.com
No Refunds on Any Tuning or Electronic Downloads or Devices from DSP Performance Motorsports
No Returns Accepted on All Custom Orders / Superchargers or Electronic Items Unless Faulty
No Returned on Any Exhaust Cats or Headers After being Fitted unless there is Faulty Manufacturing (this will be tested by manufacturer before any refund will be applied) and must have a Valid RMA Number Assigned by DSP Performance Motorsports before being Allowed to be Shipped back.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all goods unless the return is due to incorrect supply or a Faulty Item Received by DSP Performance Motorsports. At which point we will replace them with the correct the items at no cost to the customer and however it must be done within 30 Days of Original Purchase NO Exceptions. Customer is Responsible for Return Shipping Costs.
If you are shipping your return to us, we strongly suggest that you use traceable UPS or Fedex Services from your nearest staffed facility. All returns must be sent prepaid—no collect shipments will be accepted. Ensure the returned part for its full value to protect you against loss if Item is lost or damaged and is not insured DSP Performance Motorsports will Not Warrant this item.
