This well-designed B&M Precision SportShifter is engineered for all 1989-1999 Jeep Cherokee, 1989-1992 Comanche, and 1988-1999 Jeep Wranglers with the Aisin AX15 manual 5-speed transmission. The shifter uses the finest materials available resulting in short positive shifts that you can depend on while either off-roading or driving through city streets. This stylized precision shifter reduces shift throw by 30% over the factory shifter and includes many of the key features found in our race-proven shifters including a 303 stainless steel stick assembly, a CNC machined T6061 aluminum base, glass-filled nylon pivot ball, and a black B&M logo shift knob for a firm, yet positive shift action. Combined with all these features with a relatively quick and easy installation, you get a professional-level shifter that will give you years of dependable worry-free service.
