Large Five Layer Performance Air Filter:
MomentumÕs innovative filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. This 10Ó tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 6 x 4Ó oval flange and our pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. It provides your engine with the largest amount of high-flowing air and delivers the highest power gains in most cases. This media is perfect for street and/or track use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals.
Unique One-Piece Housing:
The one-piece sealed housing, crafted from durable, heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface. This innovative design reduces the total number of parts, ensuring quick and easy installation. A large clear sight window allows for effortless filter inspection without disassembly. Depending on your vehicle's setup, the auxiliary air inlet can be paired with the factory headlight air inlet (for 2015+ models), used with the separately sold Dynamic Air Scoop (D.A.S.), or sealed off with the included plug.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube:
This high-quality, computer-designed intake tube is dyno-tuned for maximum power gains and perfect fit. Made from heat-resistant and durable XLPE material, it ensures optimal performance.
Premium Components:
Stainless-steel clamps are included for strength, and a premium silicone coupler is used for durability while also providing the most secure installation available. Momentum intakes are designed with fewer parts for a quick and simple installation.
Optional Dynamic Air Scoop:
To maximize the amount of air going to the this Air Intake System, and to minimize intake air temperatures, DAS 50-70009SÊor 54-72203-SR is available (SELECT THE RIGHT ONE FOR YOUR VEHICLE, 2015+ MODELS). The Dynamic Air Scoop takes advantage of the ChallengerÕs headlight air Inlet headlight by guiding cool ambient air from outside the vehicle directly into your intake system. The cool dense air allows your vehicle to run more efficiently, increasing performance.
